ECG's don't read our soul just as a EEG can't read your mind. They are both useful tools that help us monitor our bodies in ways that can help us understand ourselves. Buy themselves they are not healthily they can't replace deep and meaningful convocations with friends or a healthily diet, but they may show us more evidence that these things are good for us, apart from just expression of a feeling especially when some of us don't express feeling very well.
