Winners of this year’s INDEX design awards have been announced. Lucky for us, one of the five chosen winners is Han Pham from Denmark, and his concept for a simple syringe disposal system dubbed ‘Antivirus’. The idea is to use a standard aluminum can as the receptacle on top of which a one way lid is attached, all a quick and cheap solution that will help with vaccinating in poor, rural areas.
